At the 10th Anniversary Summit of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Robyn F. Pollack, Esq., CoFounder and Workplace Culture Strategist at Loutel, was honored for her pivotal role in co-founding TMA-NOW, the organization’s global women’s leadership initiative. The conference took place in Chicago on May 15-16, 2024, where Robyn also served as a featured speaker. Thank you, Robyn, for being a champion of Woman Leaders!

Christina M. Reger, Esq., Law and Compliance Counselor and Co-Founder of Loutel, concluded her two-year tenure as President of the NAWBO Greater Philadelphia Chapter by passing the torch to Mary Ann Murtha, Loutel’s Director of Operations. The transition of leadership took place on June 18 in Huntingdon Valley, PA with Margaret Strong, who served as President of NAWBO Sacramento from 2019 to 2021, installing Mary Ann and the new Board of Directors. We want to express our gratitude to Tina for her commitment and service to the Women Business Owners of the Greater Philadelphia region. Congratulations and best wishes on your new role, Mary Ann!

Christina M. Reger, Esq., Law and Compliance Counselor and Co-Founder of Loutel, delivered a presentation to the members and guests of the Greater Pottstown SHRM Chapter on May 16 at Brookside Country Club. Her talk, titled “Understanding the Intersection of Employment Law and Culture: Driving Systemic Cultural Change and Minimizing Risk,” provided valuable insights into how employment law and organizational culture intersect. The session focused on applying both a legal and cultural lens to workplace issues with the goal of developing strategies to proactively address these areas. Attendees gained a comprehensive understanding of how to manage both legal and cultural challenges to mitigate risks and enhance business performance.

They joined fellow chapter members and women business owners from across the country to engage in networking, knowledge sharing, advocacy, and to celebrate successes. The event focused on addressing key issues impacting women entrepreneurs and small business owners on Capitol Hill. Ms. Reger participated in a panel discussion alongside other former NAWBO presidents. |
