Let’s catch you up on the recognition and outreach of the Loutel team. It was a busy summer for Loutel and, as you’ll see, the fall brings even more opportunities for Loutel to advocate, inform and support the community of business leaders in our area and nationally.

On June 6 Christina M. Reger (“Tina”) and Mary Ann Murtha joined other NAWBO Leaders from across the country in Washington, DC to meet with legislators to support bipartisan legislation focused on building and strengthening a sustainable business economy.

On June 14 Tina shared “HR Tips for Small Businesses” with over 200 women business owners at SCORE Bucks County’s 4th Annual Women Building Business Conference.

Also on June 14, Robyn Pollack, in partnership with Dr. Fiona Jamison, PhD., CEO, Spring International, Ltd., addressed the members of Philly SHRM on “What is your VIBE? How to use data to inform your DEI Strategy”.
Most recently, Tina and Robyn were both invited to speak at the 2023 Annual Pennsylvania SHRM Conference on September 14.

On June 1 Loutel celebrated with Mary Ann Murtha, Director of Operations, as she was honored as Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce’s 2023 Volunteer of the Year at their Annual Community Celebration at Huntingdon Valley Country Club.

June 14 was a busy day for the Loutel team. While both Tina and Robyn were speaking at different events, they learned that Loutel was awarded 2023Professional Excellence Award winner by The Legal Intelligencer as a Law Firm Innovator!

On June 20 at NAWBO Philadelphia’s Annual Meeting, Tina, as President of National Association of Women Business Owners Philadelphia Chapter, awarded Loutel’s Director of Operations and President-Elect of National Women Business Owners, Mary Ann Murtha, with the 2023 President’s Award for her continued commitment to women business owners and her servant leadership style.
Happening This Fall
On October 11 Tina will be presenting a CLE on the ADA to the Bucks County Bar Association CLE (Continuing Legal Education).
On October 16, Tina joins Diana Dibble, CEO of Tripod Coaching & Consulting, for the National Women’s Business Conference in Austin, TX to discuss the topic: ‘What You Don’t Know Can Hurt Your Business’ during this 3-day national conference.
October 20 will see Robyn and Tina joining forces to present ‘Understanding the Intersection of Employment Law and Culture: Driving Systemic Cultural Change and Minimizing Risk’ at the Greater Valley Forge HR Summit.
Robyn will be in Philadelphia with The Collective Experience on October 23 and 24 as a speaker and as a member of the planning committee.
Tina travels to Bethlehem PA as this year’s Keynote Speaker for the Atlantic States Telephone Answering Association’s conference on October 25.
And then December 1 brings Tina and Robyn together in West Chester to present ‘5 Hot Employment/DEI Topics HR Professionals Need to Know About in 2024′ for the Chester County Human Resource Association.
