(PRPS) PA Parks and Rec Summit: The DEI Advantage: Navigating the Landscape of

Inclusion – Law, Risk & Culture. The event took place at Temple University in State College, PA, a collaboration between PRPS and Temple University’s School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management.

A Day of Insight and Action

The session, The DEI Advantage, explored the intersecting landscape of law, risk, and culture and offered practical strategies for organizations to advance inclusion in everyday practice. Robyn and Christina illuminated how legal considerations, risk management, and cultural stewardship intersect to create environments where people can thrive.
