Christina M. Reger, Esq.

Law and Compliance Counselor and Founder

Christina M. Reger is the co-founder of Loutel LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Loutel Law, a certified WBE. Tina handles employment litigation and counseling matters for corporate, entrepreneurial and start-up enterprises.

Tina regularly counsels businesses on how to comply with the barrage of new employment laws, regulations, opinions and guidance from federal and state agencies.   Tina also has extensive experience in a variety of employment law litigation matters including business divorces, breach of employment contract disputes, unfair competition, discrimination and harassment, enforcement of restrictive covenants, business divorces and a wide variety of other general commercial litigation matters.

Loutel helps people-driven organizations become more competitively agile through an expert blend of proactive compliance counsel and DEI-focused consulting and training to improve culture, maximize and retain talent. Loutel offers employment law counseling and compliance services. We counsel small, medium, and large businesses on how to comply with new employment laws, regulations, opinions and guidance from federal and state agencies. We also provide comprehensive talent management and performance solutions consulting services. Tina is a regular keynote presenter both regionally and nationally on employment law topics and legal ethics including pandemic and vaccine related issues, employee classification, discrimination, and retaliation and she frequently conducts sexual harassment training to organizations of all sizes.  In addition, Tina is a regular presenter at seminars on employment law topics and legal ethics for the U.S. Small Business Administration, the National Business Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Society of Tax and Accounting, SCORE, and local trade organizations, as well as providing training to corporate clients of all sizes on a variety of employment law issues.  

She is the President of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Greater Philadelphia Chapter.  She also sits on the Advisory Board of Victims Voice, a technology-based company that provides victims of abuse a tool to preserve evidence and prosecute their abuser.

This year, Tina was recognized as a SuperLawyer by her peers.  In 2020, Tina was named a Pennsylvania Trailblazer by the Legal Intelligencer. In 2019, Tina received an award by the YWCA Salute to Women Who Make a Difference.  She was named an Emerging Leader by the Bucks County Courier Times, The Intelligencer, and the Central Bucks Family YMCA in 2017 and Best Attorney in Business in Employment Law by Philly Biz Magazine in 2016.  In 2015, she honored as a Brava Winner by Smart CEO.  

Tina is active in her church and community and enjoys time with her loving husband and two boys

Robyn Forman Pollack, Esq.

Workplace Culture Strategist and Founder

Robyn Forman Pollack is Workplace Culture Strategist and Founder of Loutel. A business strategist with a focus on talent, Robyn takes an integrated and comprehensive approach to developing data-driven, strategic solutions to address organizational opportunities around culture, belonging, inclusion, equity, and diversity.

Utilizing her extensive background as a restructuring attorney, Robyn uniquely understands the alignment between talent performance and enterprise performance, and the importance of addressing systems and processes to maximize employee experience. Robyn has been actively involved in DEI issues for over 25 years. She has lectured and written extensively on issues of equity, belonging, and inclusion, best practices, communication, team collaboration, networking, negotiation, and effective leadership and has advised both for-profit and not-for-profit small, middle market, and Fortune 500 companies

Robyn has also been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law for the past 20 years and is a member of the Forum of Executive Women, where she co-chairs the DEI Education and Programming Sub-Committee, the Philadelphia Society for People and Strategy, and POWER (the Power of Professional Women).  She has served on numerous non-profit boards and created the Turnaround Management Association’s global women’s leadership and development initiative, TMA-NOW.

Jacqueline Hopkins, Esq.

Jacqueline Hopkins (she/her) is a creative, strategic, and passionate leader with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee relations, EEO and legal experience. 

She has served as the Director of EEO and Employee Relations at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), where she spearheaded their diversity and inclusion initiatives and fostered transformative change. She also led global diversity and inclusion initiatives for Gopuff, the on-line “go-to” instant delivery platform for everyday essentials. Most recently, Jacqui joined Loutel where she provides workplace culture strategy and employment law services.

Lisa M. Fitzgerald, Esq., MPA

Lisa Fitzgerald is a human services and diversity, equity and inclusion consultant and legal professional with over 25 years of experience providing consulting services to public health and human services agencies and for-profit and non-profit companies.

She has managed dozens of engagements with health and human service agencies and companies across the country. She has direct experience in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion, program planning and design, communications, strategic planning, project management, social marketing campaigns and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. She was a Senior Consultant for Policy Studies, Inc. for fifteen years before founding her own consulting firm. She has worked with Robyn Pollack and Loutel for over three years.

Michael F.R. Harris, Esq

Mr. Harris has over 30 years of commercial litigation experience, with emphases on securities, class actions, contract disputes, constitutional law, arbitrations, and appellate litigation.Michael has been affiliated with some of the most prestigious law firms in Philadelphia including his years as partner in Dechert LLP’s Philadelphia office.  Mr. Harris graduate from Magna cum laude, Harvard Law School.
